TRJ Transportation Inc., founded in 2015 and initially known as Olin’s Transport Line Inc. The company’s inception dates back to 2007, inspired by the legacy of Teresa Watson’s father, Olin Watson Sr., a veteran truck driver with a dream of owning a trucking company. Teresa Watson, the owner, is a third-generation driver who grew up in the world of trucking. Her early years were spent assisting her father with administrative tasks, and she later worked as a Court Reporter for the Federal Government, while continuing to support the family business.

The turning point for Teresa and the company came after the untimely death of her father, which propelled her to fulfill his dream by starting Olin’s Transport Lines, Inc. However, following a near-fatal truck accident, Teresa restructured the business and rebranded it as TRJ Transportation Inc. This transformation was not just in name but also in operational philosophy, as the company began focusing on hiring military drivers, recognizing the employment challenges faced by recently deployed soldiers returning home.

This commitment was recognized at the Pentagon, where TRJ was acknowledged as one of the 29 leading employers nationally for its support of the Guard and Reserve.

Beyond its military-focused initiatives, TRJ Transportation has collaborated with Georgia Works, a homeless shelter for men. This partnership focuses on transforming chronically homeless men into self-sufficient members of society. Since 2016, Teresa has been actively involved in mentoring individuals interested in obtaining their CDL License, providing education, training, and job placement. Her community service efforts were recognized in 2019 with the Hardin Community Partner Award.

TRJ Transportation also works with the Community Restoration Project, underscoring its commitment to community involvement and societal improvement. This collaboration aims to build a strong community presence and serve as a pillar within the community.

Under Teresa Watson’s leadership, TRJ Transportation has grown to be a company known for its professionalism, leadership, and outstanding reputation in the trucking industry. With core values of integrity, honesty, safety, customer focus, quality, and continual improvement, Teresa and her team strive to maintain the highest standards in their operations, reflecting a deep passion for the business and the industry. The success of TRJ Transportation Inc. is a testament to Teresa’s dedication and her father’s lasting legacy in the world of trucking.
