Minority Professional Truckers Association

TRJ Transportation Inc., founded in 2015 and initially known as Olin’s Transport Line Inc. The company’s inception dates back to 2007, inspired by the legacy of Teresa Watson’s father, Olin Watson Sr., a veteran truck driver with a dream of owning a trucking company. Teresa Watson, the owner, is a third-generation driver who grew up in the world of trucking. Her early years were spent assisting her father with administrative tasks, and she later worked as a Court Reporter for the Federal Government, while continuing to support the family business.

The turning point for Teresa and the company came after the untimely death of her father, which propelled her to fulfill his dream by starting Olin’s Transport Lines, Inc. However, following a near-fatal truck accident, Teresa restructured the business and rebranded it as TRJ Transportation Inc. This transformation was not just in name but also in operational philosophy, as the company began focusing on hiring military drivers, recognizing the employment challenges faced by recently deployed soldiers returning home.
